You can expect to see a handful of berries the first growing season and a greater yield the 2nd to 3rd growing season.

- Jersey Blueberry plants are extremely hardy and will produce crops for many years once established
- Produces white flowers which turn to dark blue berries, medium in size and very sweet
- Maturity Height: 4′ to 5′ Tall
Planting Instructions:
- Plant blueberries in early spring after the ground has thawed and there is no longer danger of frost.
- Choose a location with well-drained soil that receives full sun. Loosen soil prior to planting.
- Remove plant from packaging and lightly loosen the bottom of the root ball to release the roots. Dig a hole in loosened soil as deep as the roots and about twice as wide. Be sure the hole is large enough to encompass the roots without bending them.
- Place plant in hole with the roots down and the crown/top of the roots about 1″ below soil surface. Space plants 4’ apart in rows 10’ apart.
- Cover with soil and water well so that the soil settles. Keep soil moist during periods of dry weather but do not overwater.
Successful Planting Tips:
- Blueberry plants will produce a small amount of fruit after being planted, with more plentiful crops occurring on plants that are 2-4 years old. They are self-pollinating, but will yield larger crops if cross pollinated with another variety.
