Ace 55 Tomato
The Ace 55 Tomato is a determinate variety that grows to a fixed mature size where their fruit matures all at once. They are a deep red fruit with low acid and thick walls, making them perfect for eating raw. This is an heirloom variety from the 1950’s and has been a favorite of gardeners around the country ever since. Fruits produced average 5-6” in diameter.
Bush Beans Roma II
The Roma II Bush Bean is a very easy variety to grow. They grow in the shape of a bush and do not require stakes or poles for support. The bean pods will grow in groups making them very easy to pick.
Carrot Imperator 58
The Imperator 58 is a delicious and crunchy carrot variety. They take 65-80 days to reach full maturity growing approximately 8” long. These carrots are often found in your local grocery store.
Broccoli Waltham 29
Waltham 29 Broccoli was introduced in 1954. They produce 4-8″ heads with a nice flavor. Sow very early indoors. Best in cooler weather.
Golden Bantam Sweet Corn
Golden Bantam Corn was developed to harvest earlier and to be sweeter than other types of corn. It is well known for its bright golden color and produces 5-6 ears of corn per plant.
National Pickling Cucumber
The National Pickling Cucumber is a delicious variety perfect for making pickles. They are delicious at any age and can also be picked at 2-3″ for gherkins or let them mature to full size of over a pound in size.
Yellow Sweet Spanish Onion
Yellow Sweet Spanish Onion is an easy variety to grow and is an excellent choice for beginners. They usually grow to 1 lb and are easily stored.
Black Seeded Simpson
Black Seeded Simpson Lettuce is a cool-weather crop that grows early and produces dependable lettuce. This variety is a large, upright, compact leaf, producing delicious light green leaves.

Bull’s Blood Beet is the perfect plant to put in your garden if you’re looking for a long-lasting and vibrant pop of color. Their leaves have a deep red and purple color which is why they are often grown as ornamental plants.
Snowball Cauliflower
Cauliflower is related to cabbage and broccoli and is a cool-season vegetable best for a fall harvest. The Snowball variety in particular was introduced to the United States in 1888 and quickly became a favorite due to their beautiful, tightly formed heads.
Dwarf Siberian Kale
Dwarf Siberian Kale produces a high yield and is nutrient-dense. It is very versatile and can be used in salads, soups, kale chips, and more. It grows well in all grow zones in full or partial sunlight.
Serrano Pepper
The Serrano pepper is similar to the Jalapeno, only with more heat. They are between 10,000-25,000 on the Scoville scale and grow to approximately 2” long.
Champion Radish
Champion radish is an excellent variety ideal for cooler weather. They produce round scarlet radish with mild white flesh making them perfect for salads or garnish.
Bloomsdale Long Spinach
Bloomsdale Long Standing Spinach is a large variety that spreads producing dark green leaves with a rich nutty flavor.
Southern Red Globe Onion
Southern Red Globe Onions are a great addition to a garden because they are easy to grow, use little space, and have a short growing period. Avoid growing them in compacted, rocky, or clay-heavy soil. They can be prone to mildew, so it is important that your soil drains well.
Large Red Cherry Tomato
Large Red Cherry Tomatoes are famous for being easy to grow and taste delicious. They produce clusters of vibrant colored fruit that are perfect for garden salads or many other dishes.
Jalapeno Pepper

Sugar Daddy peas are a great improvement over Sugar Snap peas. They have stringless pods, shorter vines, and improved disease resistance. They produce slender 3” pods with a deep green color. The plants reach only 24-30” tall and don’t need support.
